George: Last Sunday, I was interviewed by Chris (who you may remember was a guest on the blog one week) for his new podcast, Outcasts in Zion.

Mike: Sure, I remember Chris. Guest star on the blog, atheist, I’ve never met him in real life, etc.

George: That’s him! One of the things we talked about was how, as a gay man, I’m affected by indirect oppression when a church pushes its doctrines through gubmint law.

Mike: As are all people of conscience.
Mike: Where's your interview?

George: I’m in Episode 4, I think, when they publish it.

George: Funny you should say that – I'm reading the most fascinating article about how the Third Reich was run by fags.

Mike: Written by Scott Lively?
Mike: I think I know the article in question, I'm just trying to remember the author. Dude is absolutely stone-cold fuck-nuts.

George: Johann Hari, I think.
George: Scott Lively linked to this article.

Mike: Wow, a different nut-bag.

George: No – someone else did. Not sure who. I closed that page, and the history button is so far away…!

George: The writer of this article is independent. That said, it's for Huffpo.

Mike: So, batshit all around.
Mike: The whackaloon referenced herein was who I was talking about.

George: As the article points out – we are more savage!
George: Raaaaaawr!

Mike: Well, I do tend to hear about just how much of a pain in the ass certain gay men are.

George: I think, by definition, we're all a pain in the ass.

Mike: Depends on size.
Mike: I'm assuming.

George: Size doesn't matter – we'll find a way to cause ass pain regardless.

Mike: Nah, you gays are just blow-hards.

Mike: Sounds kinky.

George: Joking aside, it's a fascinating read.

Mike: Meh. While it doesn't particularly surprise me that gay men, openly or otherwise, have been part of fascist movements, I still don't see any evidence that Third Reich insiders were gay. Only rumor.

George: 'Cept that first guy he talks about.
George: In any case, the article isn't a research paper. That's an exercise for the individual.

Mike: First guy he talks about wasn't part of the Third Reich, he was Austrian. Article or not, he makes some claims I'd prefer to see backed up.

George: Ah, you're right.
George: Still, like I said – exercise for the individual.
George: I'm not makin' the effort. Google’s search button is so far away…!

Mike: Wouldn’t want to aggravate that carpal tunnel by moving your mouse.
